I really liked the Edy’s Slow Churned ice cream – it will be a pretty good substitute for the DQ French Silk Pie Blizzard, I think!  Check out the flavors!

Wednesday

Breakfast (7:30 AM):

Lunch (11:30 AM)

  • Lean Cuisine Chop House Steak Flatbread Melt  – it is awesome! – 330 Calories

Alas, after that, things all went to hell – I had Cheetos and a sugary orange soda, then, for some reason I ordered Pizza Hut…

Oh, well, tomorrow’s another day!

Tuesday

Last night, I went to a concert at a club and ate out – I don’t think I totally overdid it, but I don’t know the calorie counts.

Today – Breakfast (7:30)

  • 1 mini box of Kellogg’s Corn Pops – 100 calories
  • 8 oz. 2% fat milk – 130 calories

Snack (around 10:30)

  • large banana – 120 calories
  • 4 graham crackers – 120 calories

Total for AM= 470 calories

Lunch (12:10)

Total = 415 calories

4:00 PM

7:30 PM

  • Catfish Courtbouillon on Rice
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 piece French bread with butter

I think we can see at the moment that the afternoon is a problem…

Monday

  • 1 Box Kellogg’s Fruit Loops – 100 calories
  • 1 Box Kellogg’s Mini Wheats – 130 calories (3g. fiber)
  • 1 8 oz. carton 2 % Milk – 130 calories
  • 1 banana – 105 calories

DTotal calories = 465 – maybe 1 box next time…
