Green Giant Vegetable Blends

I try and have frozen vegetables at the ready at school because some of the frozen entrees I buy need a vegetable boost.  They run from 45 to 60 calories per serving and there are approximately 2 servings per package.  I usually have 1/2 a package with lunch. Sometimes, if I show poor judgement at breakfast – say, having a Krystal Scrambler with sausage instead of what I planned – I can have the whole package for lunch.The following description is from the Green Giant Website:

So far, my favorite one is the Immunity Boost/Blend with the broccoli.  I also read on Hungry Girl.com that the cauliflower Immunity blend can be added to a serving of butternut squash soup for a filling, low-calorie meal.
